    The ?61 house

Living room, fully functioning kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom that fits a queen-sized bed: All this can be yours for just $99 (?61) from an American company. As long as you're willing to build it yourself.

And the man behind the Tumbleweed Tiny House Company, Jay Shafer, believes in his mini-homes so much that he'd lived in one for more than 10 years.

While the plans are available online for ?61 for you to build one yourself, the building materials aren't free.

The company estimates it costs about ?10,000 in materials and takes up to 850 hours to complete your home.

    No mortgage no rent nothing.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!

Did you know People will question all the good things they hear about you but believe all the bad without a second thought.

and around ?80,000 in the UK for the land to put it on, not forgetting to be turned down for planning permission... and that' sin the cheap parts of the country. Then the council will drop it nicely into band F for council tax.
My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
Despite the cost of living, it's still very popular.

looks like a good gust of wind will knock it over but that sounds about right with the american tendency to build fragile wooden houses

that is the cutest house i've ever seen, but you can't even swing a cat in it, and everyone knows a house needs to have valuable cat swinging space.

Well the bonus side is when the Polish cat from next door comes in and craps, at least it will be easy to catch in the house, and with that kitchen sink, wrap in towel, dunk. No more cat crap - go crap elsewhere

                              ?61 for the plans + ?10,000 materials + planning permission + land = a fair wee bit.

BQ Shed + Camping toilet, cooker = Almost priceless
