Man builds stunning ?hobbit house? for just ?3,000

A man has built a home reminiscent of a hobbit house from the 'Lord of the Rings' on a tiny budget.

If dale farm pikes can not get planning permission, how this man got the planning permission?

I want to build one near parliament sq????????.

Tools owned: Hammer, Chisel, Crowbar, Punch, Chainsaw, Cutter and Brain!!!
