    Most expensive house in Ireland

If anything shows the madness that went on in Ireland during the boom it this house. someone paid 58 Million Euros (E58,000,000 to give the number the respect it deserves) for this place on Shrewsbury Road in Dublin (well, the back door faces it anyway) Its for sale now with a guide price of 15 million.

in contrast i paid 38k for the house i'm living in around the same time and i still have to listen to politician saying i was living beyond my means.
And i'll be paying for the same @ssholes that bought that house for the rest of my life.

what does it do differently from other houses that makes it worth 58 million?

does it at least have a moat?
