BRITAIN is braced for an Arctic blast which will bring record low temperatures within weeks, forecasters said last night.

The prediction of a bitterly cold spell with biting winds came as councils declared they have fully prepared for a big freeze by stockpiling thousands of tons of extra grit.

I'm moving to Poland.At least it's easier to deal with -30 and snow over there.

if your driving make sure you have winter tyres,antifreeze extra strength and most of all ,concentrated windsreen washer additive-30c as it wont freeze.

i bicycle to work, all them tossers STUCK for hours on end, that was awesome.

Year before last came off 7 times on way to work ON THE ICE , last year
only proper came off once - in our sodding yard locking the gate!


Thought it funny how some guy in the traffic jam brokedown just very very very close to our yard - left him to it, went home.
