    Gov't lunacy

Below is an article regarding Crown Prosecution Service departments testing HP Touchpad's for use in the court system to move from the current paper based system into a primarily digital system. This makes since in theory, except for one glaring issue...The HP Touchpad has been discontinued and remaining inventories have been sold off at firesale prices well below the initial MSRP.

The Touchpads are worth "up to ?1000 each", but these sold for as little as ?89 earlier this year.

I don't know what is worse, the estimated price tag or the fact that the tablets are discontinued.
