You can bet your bottom dollar all the cosmetic surgeons are rubbing their hands with glee.

Every woman who had implants will want them replaced, PIP implants were sold under different names in loads of countries like Poland, Hungary etc.

Even if any implants used were not dodgy they will all want them out - just in case they are made of mattress filler!! Even more money to be made putting in a new pair - the NHS won't pay for. On second thoughts they probably will, all that trauma they will be suffering

if we get in to that territory (not the NHS responsibility), we wouldn't treat any smokers who become ill, we pay national insurance, and the important word here being, insurance.

and oddly enough there has been talk of that, people not being operated on until they stop smoking or lose weight - so it's already happening.
