    Baby P father suing over libel




    The natural father of Baby P is suing the publishers of a Sunday newspaper for ?130,000 damages for printing "one of the gravest libels imaginable".

    A judge was told the father, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was wrongly accused in The People of being a sex offender convicted of raping a 14-year-old girl.

      As long as lies sell newspapers they will keep printing them and the following week put a very small sorry on page 9 hoping nobody sees it knowing that most pepole can not afford to take the matter to court to sue them I for one am pleased that the press are under investgation by Leveson and now the police.

          Tears still stream every time I see or hear stories about that little tyke.I hope his dad gets plenty of comp. and loads more,having to go through shit like this on more than one occasion.
