Let us remember those lost ....

16 years ago, Thomas Watt Hamilton walked into Dunblane primary school and opened fire on a primary 1 class, killing 16 pupils, fifteen aged 5, one aged 6 and their teacher. The 13th March 1996 is one of the most horrific days in Scottish memory.

What a shocking waste of loss .... Rip :'(

Hope he rots in hell !!!!

I still truly believe that anyone who carries out that kind of attack on children should be locked in a room with the mothers. I remember that day only to clearly and was living not far away at the time, in fact close enough for relatives from down south to phone and ask if my kids were ok.....It just doesn't bear thinking about

I will always remember that day.I was working in a large sewing factory as an engineer. There was 500 odd woman working there and slowly the work came to a halt as the news spread around the factory and the radios were turned on. A sense of utter disbelief and shock followed. We will never know what drove that monster to do what he did, and its one of the reasons i am an atheist.

sad to think i was the same age as the kids who died at the time, one of the kids was buried a few graves down from my Gran and uncle in the cemetery, very scary thought at how close to home it actually happened.

the poor kids and families, even at just 5 years old it was a day to never forget x
