i dont see the problem why car owners have to moan about price per litre, what does a car do,about 10 mls per ltr,you tell me,a guess, try getting a bus,3 mile round trip ?3.40,so i would pay about ?10.20 per cars ?1.40,car owners are getting lazy,i did a test with my neighbour, trip to school,we both left at same time,me walk her in car as usual, guess who was at gate 1st,took me 1mins 15 seconds car 2mins 5 secs.or guy accross road, dog in car go to park, park is 200 yds away, thats why fuel costs more, lazy sods wont walk.its exercise we cant do that, might sweat a bit.the ones that should moan are the transport that does us a service,truckers-farmers etc etc.as we need them,Comment

It's pathetic, no wonder there's a recession for people without a lot of money , it is normal families that lose here and I certainly won't be walking 25miles everyday to work...they went on strike and blocked the roads before when it got to 70p a ltr so why has it got to this level also where the he'll is that guy that started the strikes last time...bet he was paid off..this country is corrupt to the core with greedy fat cat government etc sucking the life out our country!!Comment

The drop in fuel prices is due to the price of crude oil.
Over the past month the cost per barrel has gone down by over $10. They had to pass on the savings at some time.Canker

More likely due to the price rise due in August, is it?, when the government adds to the price. It could also be that one of the monopolies has noticed that people are buying less fuel and that there's a downward trend towards buying so called fossil fuels.
One day they'll make their minds up, when I was at school it was dead dinosaurs and vegetation, the story is now that it was plankton who all went and died in areas where they expected people to drill for oil...... must have been a hell of a lot of plankton. My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
Despite the cost of living, it's still very popular.
