That'll just add weight to the governments so called case for more stringent policing, and curtailment for freedom, of access to the Internet - just make the case for them. It wouldn't surprise me if it was done for that reason.
My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
Despite the cost of living, it's still very popular.
No good deed goes unpunished....
I agree. These Hackers are just the kind of people the Government were looking for to give them an excuse. They are playing into the Governments hands and don't have the sense to realise it.

Most UNKNOWN hackers are just kids playing with matches, Anonymous'ess's DoS attacks against government website gets news coverage and may get there message out, but its like standing in front of a tank with a machine gun, nobody can get in or out of the tank, but when the turret turns there wiped out, agencies like the PCeU MDP GCHQ are gathering intelligence and taking aim.
ps

The proposed changes are not going to achieve what the say they will, there imposing them for another reason; an agenda??? When something ain't work you put it to another use, maybe to spotlight darkspots, or potential undesirables or who knows Kevin Bacon. if the law were be changed to allow them to enter our home we would be buying thicker doors stronger locks, and nail the Windows shut. I know the political system doesn't work {the Government knows it too}, but people need to start to get involved, voice there objections to the MPs and remind them that the civil servants should be working for us, and not against us.
