This was Madeline's favourite toy that was apparently taken from her when she was asleep and placed high on a ledge out of reach.
The 'abductor' could have left valuable forensic traces on the toy.
So why did Dr Kate McCann decide to thoroughly wash it?
Do you not find that strange?
And even though she did that, the sniffer dog STILL detected the smell of death on it. The smell of death remains on items long after they have been thoroughly cleaned.
So no, I don't believe the dog got anything wrong.

That's only your opinion mate and you are entitled to it. I don't think they killed their daughter but there is something very suspicious about the case.

Well this story is back in the news again and I was wondering if any of our members have changed their minds after the passing of time. Me I still can't believe the parents murdered the wee lass but after watching the truth of the lie again on YouTube it certainly gets you thinking.

Interesting reading but tell me a police force that's not got some form of corruption. What's damning for me is the smell of death discovered by the dogs and found only in the mccanns room, and car. Surely the dogs are not corrupt also.

Rumors i got told the parents were or are in to group sex etc and because the kids were left on there own they would sedate the kids and it went wrong,i dont think anyone will ever no and the poor girl will never be found alive or dead the parents are to blame as well as there is no good reason to leave kids at that age alone.

Maybe, However these are avenue's which should be explored..

The parents can't be touched.. If someone in the papers prints anything malicious its instantly wrong and warrants compensation.

Have the UK police gone back to the drawing board? re-interviewed the parents? had full access to the crime scene in Portugal?

I think before the parents can't be acquitted by the doubters, the body will have to be found.. until then they will always have people doubting their innocence.

There is definitely something not right with this. To have a balanced view you need to listen and read all the info and from all sides.

I agree that the dogs point out blood and the smell of a dead body. The handler is British and has no reason to lie. The blood the dog finds has a 70% chance of being Madeliaines, it is not conclusive as it may be mixed with 3 other lots of blood.

The dogs found the smell of blood and a dead body in the room and the back of their car. The car was not hired until 15 days after the disappearance.

The fact that the McCanns have stopped and prevented any form of free investigation in to the dissapearance is the biggest pointer IMHO.

As my old nan used to say, if it doesn't feel right, then it probably isn't....

Also, why when she realised that Maddy was missing did she leave the twins in the room and take a long route back to the table to inform the rest of the gang. She could of shouted from the balcony? Would you leave your other kids in an inlocked room when you think one of your kids has been abducted from their? Why did she proclaim that Maddy had been abducted from teh start when they left her in an unlocked room? It could of been that she got up and wandered off - yet she decided at the very first instant that it was a case of abduction. No need for an investigation --- dont need to look at other options, and anyone that does get absolutely lambasted!!

init ffs, when we where young your parents wouldnt dream of going out unless they had a baby sitter, both doctors ffs should know better.
