              chuffing hell, anybody with any sense, would have got the passenger to place the bag under one of the barriers and hope it blows it to shit rags, so it's a free for all - no tolls!

                  The initial response is probably ok but it seems it rapidly deteriorated into a bit of a farce with every rozzer in the Midlands seemingly determined to be involved.
