Chancellor going to raise fuel prices 6p a litre after prices have been slowly rising and we are expected to be paying more than ?1.50 a litre before new year. In july 2008 brent crude was $150 dollars a barrel the all time high. We paid ?1.26 litre for diesel then. So why at ?115 dollars a barrel are we paying ?1.38 a litre of diesel. Can't run an economy so we will just take more off the people. Why do we keep on taking the crap this government are dishing out they couldn't run a raffle.

absolutely right.and why we are on the subject do not forget road tax,which is not road tax at all.it is now an emissions tax. -

No wonder the uk economy is in the state it's in. Nobody has any cash to spare because they spend it all on fuel whether it be for their car or leccy or gas. I can see the truckers out on the picket lines again over this. Government has not got a clue.Comment

The simple fact is the government dont care about us.
The only thing they care about is getting as much money as is possible..
They wont even allow us to commit suicide if we are ill or have locked in syndrome..
They want every last pence out of us..
But i have a plan, if i or an ill person buys a few barrels of crude oil.. and digs a hole, pours the oil in the hole and covers it up..
The government will then want us dead because, they will want that oil
..

Does anybody think like me, in that the know how, technology & tested ability that enables vehicle engines (or any engine/motor for that matter) to run on nothing more than tap water as fuel is not a new idea, dream, fantasy, still in development stages etc etc as they'd have us to believe, but has actually been around for many many years, but stifled & hushed by a global conspiracy to protect a global economy & interests of governments taxation revenue... yes i do,if govt need money why not charge every car the same the same rate to use the road or admit it is no longer a road tax.
regardless of how much emmissions it pumps out it still has to put rubber on the road and as such should pay its way,
as for the concept of water power,why bother,the technology to wring every bit of mileage out of a litre of unleaded has been around for ages but was ignored until emissions taxes came into being,less revenue thru pumps due to more mileage from cars means more tax on fuel to bridge the shortfall.
btw,do you work for the govt,i only ask cos the smiley carrying the baseball bat is indicative of the bully boy stance of this jack booted establishment.Comment
