not pasting the whole story, but this bit caught my eye.

Kaye and his business partner Nicholas Pulsford, 43, beamed channels such as Sky Sports and Sky Movies across the UK using a trampoline-sized dish in his garden.

However, the boxes they supplied were found to be cloned ?sub-standard? devices they had imported from China. Many of them were returned by customers, who were unable to get them to work.

That particular case, don't know on, but yes, according to my fat unemployed friend that partly funded my education, he says yes, but you need a LARGE amount of epquitment in the backroom to do it.

Does exsit, to to brodcast over Ingland you have to have their own satalite in the sky - but theres HUNDARDS of them.

Didn't Delboy do it when got a dish that had been nicked from Heathrow,no doubt thats where the idea came from.
