Black ops 2 on news today

A report today about the thousands of gamers who already have black ops 2 before its release tomorrow, one gamer was asked how comes he had it early? he answered "because i'm special" :-) others said it was readily available on the internet and some have reported paying upto ?300 for an early copy.
