          A very sad event and my thoughts go out to all the dead and injured
          Can we remember that bombs and death are everyday events in some country's but dont carry the publicity of a large 1st world city but the pain suffered by the victims is the same world wide.

                      That depends on who's responsible. Terror experts in America are beginning to suspect that it's a Right Wing bombing like the Oklahoma bombing, in which case it would be a completely domestic problem.

                      Whoever's responsible, lets hope they get brought to justice.

                                      NOW OFF TOPIC:-

                                      In normal use you have a weight and a blow off valve - i guess some Emerican or whoever blocked it off with a nut and bolt - proerbly a sodding UNC thread or whatever and 1/2" spanner - instead of an M8 and 13 MM spanner

                                                      No point use metal pipe. Scaffold would be better

                                                      but your compresser in your workshop can do the same damage if safty valve jams
