There's plenty of stuff out there that's swept under the carpet but it's really down to what can be proven. If someone has suffered should they not be compensated?

They should not be compensated if you ask me.

Why any body should be compensated for crime happened years ago, if police did not have time or turned the blind eye the defendant has rights to sue the police not the criminals even if they are.

I know a friend of mine was salvaged by Alsatian dog years ago and ended in hospital for treatment, reported the incident and police never even bother to come to victims house for investigation, he never trusted the police.

We need the police to do the work at the time of incident not to investigate when criminals have died or already retired, it?s all got to do with the compensation, and this country is now becoming compensation addictive.

But did they suffer?? really suffer or is it made up a little or made up a lot. Personally i can only see 1 reason to drag something up 40 years on

The world is full of vile people, on both sides and we should not turn any cheeks but all this is well after the horse has bolted. If its admitted and depending on what it is it deserves a sentence

The rozzers have a lot more power now and a lot more ammo if you been a bad boy in the past "if we didnt get you then we'll get you now" policy. plus it works as "couldnt claim then but can now policy" . If some one stabs you it leaves a scar its the way of the world now guilty or not but i must admit it seems it has taken jimmy's death to bring out everything that is bad in the world of celebrity from the past.....
