Personally think cars with A/C should be taxed to hell, you have to go on a training course, about handing ac gas safley, about do not let it go in the amtosphere, if you let it out on purpose, you get a ?10,0,0000,000000 fine, but you can crash your car, 2nd things that gets hit is A/C gas straight into the atmosphere, no problem

As for shit places, if you come to Ingland, aim for "Blackpool" (up north" it's a bigger shithole in the ENTIRE world.

    OFF TOPIC:-

NO WORD OF A LIE, everybody i speak to thats been to Blackpool says it's a shit hole.

he got the parts off ebay, he got his mate bubba to fit them.

when bubba pointed out to abdul the kinked brake flexihose damaged in orginal accixent, abdul pressed the brake pedal, said it works, so he dosnt want to pay anything.

now Adbul is delivering pizzas in his car with a bent chassis, he didnt want to pay bubba to jig the chassis straight, and he doesnt want go buy new tires every week, so he keeps driving, delivering pizzas to the dk staff, when his brakes fail, just hope he hits an inferior forum server instead.

The Vacuum cleaner thing sound like when the government wanted everyone to have a low flow toilet. You know one that use 1/2 the water per flush than a regular one. Sounds great but they never figured that people would flush them 2 to 3 times and end up using more water than a regular toilet. Never conserve anything cause you will always end up paying more for less in the future.

POwer companies will be putting the price up because you're using less, government will have to find another way to make up for lost taxation.

The label also requires a minimum level of performance for the vacuum to be sold in the EU
I would take the above quote to mean that they won't be able to sell you that expensive electricity eating inefficient vacuum cleaner that isn't capable of sucking the fluff out of your navel as a result either.

As for testing and the size of the motors that's down to the manufacturers to lie about.

Energy labels for vacuum cleaners won?t do the job | EurActiv

Not headline grabbing enough for a newspaper eh. But wheel out someone from UKIP Roger Helmer who's hardly going to agree with anything to do with Europe, let alone labeling electrical goods with energy efficient labels and Dr Benny Peiser of the Global Warming Policy Foundation - incidentally a foundation set up as a lobby group of climate change skeptics and we have a headline grabbing story eh.

However I'm sure the sheep will follow the headline "Now EU cuts power of your vacuum cleaner" because reading isn't a strong skill for them and saving money isn't anything they'd like to do.
Remembering, of course, that it was THIS government that signed up to these rules.
do you remember the Tory's or the Troy press making any noise when THIS was agreed to?

mind you, the more powerful motor's will still be on sale for the resat of the world.
they will also be for sale on their own, as spare parts.
Sounds like an opening for some businesses to start "up grading" euro sold vac's.

Still, is it worth adding an extra 500w (25%) if the cleaner is only 10% more effective? (which is the whole point of the law, as stated here.)

If it proper broke, use it for something else!

No, it will be severe memory loss by the Tories. Perhaps what little passed for brain cells that they had were sucked out by the 2000w vacuum cleaners that they had to the stage where they can't remember *shrug*

Gaston, it's nothing to do with News papers and not being able to read!

We are a sovereign nation, a foreign government is passing laws to us. Changing our lives for good. Our ancestors didn't sign up to this nor have they or we ever voted for this!

Fair enough if the British government (if independent) says we're banning toothbrush motors over 10w then fair enough we can debate it.

For our 73 meps it is impossible to debate the laws and have influence when there are 751 meps in the EU.. even if 60 British meps disagree to the new laws they will get passed anyway because of the shear numbers against us.

Said on Meat FM. there toasters, kettles and lawn mowers next.

except toaster for food quality and burning reasons, burnt toast is cancer-genic.
