The food and water wars start I guess. Once natural resources run out, such as oil there will be issues over whether to grow crops for food or for oil replacement. It isn't going to be a good time for anyone since those with the most cash generally get the goods. In the case of crops instead of oil I can see many countries becoming crop countries for America's needs.... Resources have a limited time anyway, how long did we expect to continue to use them?

Exactly. We are already seeing the wars starting for oil in the middle east. Countries where there is plenty of black gold, the West are more than happy jump right in there. Where there isn't much (Syria), they couldn't care less. Once the major players control the oil reserves, then they'll start to look at everything else they can put on price on that everyone needs (if they haven't already done so).
