    Stuart Hall Has Prison Sentence Doubled



    Disgraced former broadcaster Stuart Hall's 15-month jail sentence for sex offences has been doubled to 30 months by Court of Appeal judges.

    At the hearing at the Royal Courts of Justice in London, Lord Chief Justice Lord Judge said Hall "got away with it" for decades and had "lived a lie for more than half of his life".

    Attorney General Dominic Grieve had earlier told the packed courtroom: "The total sentence of 15 months' imprisonment ... failed adequately to reflect the gravity of the totality of the offences, and the public concern about offences of this nature.

      Makes you wounder about the justise system, does not matter who he us or what he is alleged to have done, but why did admin not ban him fir 30 months in first place, or he could have been banned 30 months then got reduction to 15!

              15-month jail sentence conviction by the judge but the prosecutor ask the court to give him longer sentence something so wrong in the judiciary system, this judge is not fit for purpose if and when the case is referred to court again.

              When I saw this tv interview a second juror in the trial of George Zimmerman has given a TV interview saying the former neighborhood watch volunteer "got away with murder" when he was acquitted earlier this month in the shooting death of black, unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin, should this case be brote back to court because of court arreares?? The whole system stinks I have lost the confidence of the judiciary system.

                      Wonder if the arsehole judge who passed the sentence in the first place, will be disciplined and told to get his ****in act together.
