100 Romanians and Bulgarians take a job in Britain every day, official figures show

About 100 Romanians and Bulgarians a day are getting jobs in Britain, according to official figures.

The number of people from the two EU countries has soared by more than a third over the past year, even though they are not yet allowed to work freely in this country.

The number here has reached a record high of 141,000, according to the Office for National Statistics ? over-shadowing the total number of Australians and New Zealanders for the first time since records began.

There are fears of an influx of Romanians and Bulgarians next year when current restrictions on their rights to work in Britain are lifted

100 Bulgarians and Rumanians can get job so why so many Brits are not employed?? Where do they get figurs from? My nice been looking for work now over 3 months and still getting no were, looks like all the jobs has gone to foreigners!!!!!!

I am guessing not, but if you were would you be able to manage?
Foreigners tend to share houses , even beds and therefor pay peanuts in rent saving all they can to send home
Due to lack of council houses most people these days are forced into private homes where the rent is easily double that of council house.
So after ta and NI rent would take up well over half of the wages.
Then theres counil tax, water, electricity, gas, etc etc.
Never mind food, clothes etc.

?6.20 odd an hour, if your single with your own gaff how the ferk ya gunna pay the rent of aboot 100 a week plus council tax etc etc etc etc on the poor excuse fur a minimum wage ffs never mind eat, til the gov sort this pittance of a minimum wage oot there will always be a need for foreign workers, who dont forget prob get less than half that in their own country, plus a single person will get no help from the gov, would you work for that shite ? and i thought slave labour ended hundreds of years ago. rant over

My first job plastic moulding in 70s ?2.50 a week and I was happy.

To be honest I take my hat off to folk who come to this Country legitimately and do the jobs that to many Brits will not do because the benefit system looks after them, It's these folk who then winge and seem to think if we never had foreign workers they would get more benefits... I have heard this one so many times and ir realy does P**s me off...

Had some POLISH bloke in 2006 Merc no idea what, but never seen one before, looks like a W204 coupe, with hood longer than heathrow runway.

He had on him FOUR cellphones (they all rung one by one)

i asked him what he does for a living his answer was
