So how many people have been caught and fined for this? Oddly enough I can't find any information at all. A great piece of useless legislation that isn't worth the paper it's written on.

Drive down any motorway and there'll be a middle aged driver in the middle lane doing 60mph, completely oblivious to what's going on around them. This will be the 0 points, no accidents in 30 years and I'm a perfect driver brigade.Comment

Last saturday I was driving in convey to & from liverpool from the north east. Radio contact with other driver. We counted over 10 drivers on the M62 who never moved out of the middle lane, even when lave 1 was completely empty.
At one point we blasted past one of them, one to the left & one to the right... no response at all. I think they're all on drugs.Canker
