Exactly,everybodys got pockets,and if they don't want to pay 5 pence for a carrier bag they could always use a trolley with a small petrol engine to carry their shopping in...

Do you know I was thinking about this last few days ago, suppose every penny run out and can not effort to buy bags with items you have to carry 45 times in and out the store takes you half day bumping into disabled and old people on your way round to get stuff into the car just to earn 5 pence for a bag.

As long as you're not pushing a trolley and the wind doesn't get up, you'll be fine.

hmmm most peeps use their supermarket plaggy bags to put rubbish in, so if they charge 5p per bag peeps will start using a lot more big black rubbish bags, so your still gunna have the problem of to many plaggy bags in land fill sites init.
