Bailiffs to deter benefits cheats

How would any one know from looking at them if they are bailiffs, they just knock and say they are from council as soon as the door is open the big boot goes inside the house you done.

They are not allowed to put a foot in the door to stop it being shut, nor are they allowed to lie about who they are and they must not ask a "client's" child to allow them access. If any of these thing occur the order that the Bailiff is trying to serve becomes void and it is then also possible to report and/or sue the Bailiff.
As I said before we have many more rights than the Bailiff, it is just knowing about them because the main thing that the Bailiffs rely on is fear and lack of knowledge.
