But the UK government already requires that data is kept for a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 2 years. Shame the EU court didn't overrule the UK government on that one really. So it's all good news if you live outside the UK, apart from the UK collects any data that passes through it's networks , via GCHQ and the like, and passes that information to the US, NZ, Australia and Canada anyway. So good for the EU, and will make no difference to the UK.My master plan is to live forever..... going to plan so far
