It depends which side you look at it from.

On one side you have the EU and US (who's news media reports what the EU and US want) and on the other side you have Russia (who's news media reports what Russia wants - watch RT and you'll see what I mean) So we have a president kicked out by disgruntled citizens, or one kicked out in a coup by terrorists. One man's terrorist is another's freedom fight. However you have to remember that the US and EU have a habit of helping along coups and civil wars. You only have to look at Libya and Syria to see that - although the EU and US appear to have helped extremists take over Libya and are again helping extremists have a go in Syria. I seem to recall teh US and EU helped those nice folk fight the Russians in Afghanistan - worked out well eh?. On the other hand the Russians aren't exactly whiter than white. One thing is for sure - the news media on both sides is biased.

The people caught in the middle of this are in the worst position while the EU/US and Russia play out their phoney war in other countries. The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Everyone in Ukraine who want's to belong to russia can move to the Crimea. Then everyone in the Crimea can move to the Ukraine.
