Once upon a time ex bro law, had new accountant at their firm, like most places, order a part squiggle invoice to confirm you orderd the part, accounts pay, end of.

This new guy straight from the council, could not get his head round this, as in council you needed order in blood, two signatures and another signature in hosts blood.

The assumption that you make is that a) boris has a heart and b) he has blood. Well being a true Tory he won't have a heart, but he will have plenty of blood sucked from the lives of those less well off. However it doesn't matter where or who you are, if you spend over 1/4 million on toys you can't use they normally pass you you p45 and stamp your ar$e with the imprint of their boot as they kick you out of the door.
