Had they not started charging for carrier bags then less cats might have died, after all it would have taken more carrier bags and they'd have been more difficult to carry - so less cats would have been killed. Governments fault

Err guys, any idea how they were caught, got one in my garage, can't get it out, three times its been inches from open door and just runs back in, can't catch it, it fell down my pit, 6' vertical brick wall, was up if in 0.5 seconds!
