            Those of you that had a gen 1 smart meter will need to have it ripped out where it will be sent to chiba
            for land fill, sorry recycling

            those who have smart meter the tax payer, sorry government pays for it

            those who have non smart meter fitted (just ask your electric co) your energy co pay for it

            so to help the environment get a new China meter fitted

              I’ve heard that smart meters add all "technical losses" to bills. In the end, you still pay more than if you set a regular meter.

                        Not really true. technical losses are always added to bills, whatever the meter. Smart meters (apparently) make it easier to quantify the extent of the losses, but you're not being charged any extra.

                        There are plenty of other real reasons for nor having a smart meter.
