    Can we run an appeal on Dk forum for all member to pull out their monopoly sets and round up the notes to raise the ?1.7bn I'll even photocopy some extra to increase the fund by quantitative photocopying!

The government already has the means to stop EU citizens claiming benefits in the UK, it just suits them to not enforce them and so it make headlines, all good for the next election.
