    That would be the BBC, why else do you think they have a weather site - if not to manipulate the weather so that the site is always correct. That's why the BBC is barred from Zimbabwe.

      and we here in South africa have to sit with illegal imigrants from Zim and soon SA will also be like ZIM = pure haven

      haven got money (actualy piles of it but usless)

      but it is crazy to see the rates
      1$= 12 ZAR
      1 british pound = 19.32 ZAR
      and i still import tools from england because it is cheaper than local

        Hillbrow in Johannesburg looks a real ~~~~hole now compared to when I lived there in the early 80's.
        If you take a trip through the streets, using Google maps street view, turn 180 degrees so you are looking backwards.
        You see a Jeep Grand Cherokee following you, armed security I assume, because once out of Hillbrow it's no longer there.
