Today's report is black and white.The Liverpool fans were not the cause of the disaster.
The panel has quite simply found 'no evidence' in support of allegations of 'exceptional levels of drunkenness, ticketlessness or violence among Liverpool fans' and 'no evidence that fans had conspired to arrive late at the stadium' and 'no evidence that they stole from the dead and dying'. -
well like I said these people are doing manual jobs. Do you really need qualifications to be a plumber? Id much rather pay someone who works less if they're doing manual labour. And I mentioned previously about same qualifications etc.... If say another person had better qualifications than a polish person and wanted to be a dentist and both applied, Id employ the British person. If the same two people applied for plumbing, Id employ the polish worker insteadComment

Yes to be a Plumber or other tradesman you do need qualifications. City and guilds and more recently NVQ. You have to serve an apprentceship. Or you could get cheap labour who use flexi pipes instead of copper. Quick fix, does the same job..................... for a while then leaks.

Well, you would also take into account experience etc... Also I saw a polish person delivering some goods from a kitchen place. How could they possibly mess that up-well except to make the items fall and pay out of their pocket. Some are cleaners etc... as well. We have a local british builder who works at ?6/hr we pay him that much for odd jobs etc... but that doesn't mean that they've done a bad job just because they're cheap
Its called manual labour for a reason
You dont really need qualifications etc.. for manual jobs and whos stopping you from supervising your plumber?
