until america and china sorts itself out pollution wise nothing will change, america keeps selling petrol at 60 odd cents a ltr and has thrown everything into shale oil so they can keep selling it cheap and their population can keep driving big eff off motors, until petrol/diesel is taken out of the equation nothing will change.
