TAXPAYERS will fork out ?100,000 for nine convicts from the same jail to have sex changes on the NHS, it has been revealed.

Inmates at Isle of Wight prison are already allowed to spend ?25 a week on beauty products and wear female clothing including underwear.

Crooks must pass rigorous psychological tests to prove they want to change sex and are not looking for special treatment.

A source said: ?This is not just for guys who fancy wandering around in a skirt but want to stay as a man.

?It is for those who feel they are a female trapped in a man?s body and want to have the surgery to make that change happen.

?The Prison Service has guidelines so they can live as women as far as is allowable under the conditions.

"They have the same rights in that respect as members of the public.

We were told there is no more money in the NH, there is money to spend on criminals,
People dying of cancer, heart attacks and the priority is for sex change.

I can’t see anything wrong with prisoners getting treated fairly and equally by receiving healthcare which is available to all on the NHS. What we’ve to remember here is; this is creating work for highly paid workers of the NHS...

You can go check and see if they're faulty Every system we have is open to abuse because we are all sheep and do what we are told. We can give nhs help to someone off a plane or boat we can give it to people in jail and it's their bodies they can do what they like surely. The docs will be able to practice their skills a bit more and the charges for something else on nhs will mean they need more money and are more stretched. No wonder everything is creaking no one nowadays can fix a problem they just add to it thinking it'll sort itself out tomorrow. This is a very wealthy country let no one tell you otherwise.
