THOSE who have a habit of putting their feet up in public transport could end up getting caught by "stealth cameras".
A new survey found that people see passengers who put their feet on seats on trains and buses as "intimidating and confrontational".
Now, one rail network in Merseyside has decided to introduce hidden body cameras on security staff to capture the act and anti-social behaviour - with footage to be used to prosecute people who do it.
"The footage is then used in order to support prosecutions."
If you're caught for the first time, offenders can avoid court by admitting guilt and paying a ?50 admin cost.
Repeated offenders, or those who keep behaving badly, could be fined up to ?350 as well as court costs.
Better keep those feet firmly on the floor next time as it's definitely not worth the risk.
