Cameron struggles to make Britons believe his EU message - poll

LONDON (Reuters) - Prime Minister David Cameron is struggling to convince voters he is telling the truth about why Britain should stay in the European Union and his main "Out" rival Boris Johnson is doing a better job, an opinion poll found.

Only 21 percent of respondents in the survey carried out by polling firm ComRes agreed that Cameron was more likely to tell the truth about the EU than Johnson while 45 percent said Johnson was more believable than Cameron.

With less than six weeks to go until the June 23 referendum on Britain's EU membership and voters evenly split on how they intend to cast their ballots, the rival camps have stepped up campaigning.

Bank of England Governor Mark Carney warned on Thursday of the risk of a sharp slowdown in Britain's economy, and possibly a short recession, if the country left the EU.

This is what The Republican nominee Donald Trump has said Britain would not be at the back of the queue for a trade deal with the US if it voted to leave the European Union, the property tycoon has already said that he personally feels Britain would be better off outside the EU. Do I believe him yes I do.

But he's a tw@, well they both are, so their thoughts are meaningless. Something that goes against the pair of them even more is they're, or attempting to be, politicians, they tell the truth as often as they stop breathing for 30 minutes *shrug*

The EU issue has already been decided us voting is just part of the theatre that has been created with no one being told any real facts and every clown being given their five minutes of fame. Every Country has global contracts nowadays do you think they are going to let us jeopardise that? Me personally I can't believe a lot of so called intellectual people talking so much rubbish about it but it's amazing what money buys.
