It is never a good time to be caught napping by your boss - especially when that boss is the head of the entire company.
Unfortunately for one sleeping Virgin Australia worker who decided to grab 40 winks, it was indeed Richard Branson who found him lying down on a company sofa.
Fortunately, Branson seemed to see the funny side and rather than shout at the poor man, he instead decided to grab a photo with him.
Air stewardesses in the background can be seen laughing at the awkward moment play out, although Branson looked amused.
Beaming for the camera, the Virgin boss photobombed the worker?s sleep before he prepared for another tiring flight.
Branson later wrote on the company blog: ?I popped into the office and the airport to say hello and check in to see what the team are up to.
?This guy wasn?t up to much at all. I caught him sleeping on the job!
"Wow, did he get a shock when I woke him up.
"He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep.?
Branson added: ?To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest.?
At least he wasn?t asleep on the plane - that might have been less amusing.
