Ex-Chancellor George Osborne has been made Companion of Honour in ex-PM David Cameron's resignation honours list.
A row broke out after the reported list was leaked to the Sunday Times, with rewards to be given to No 10 staff, party donors and Remain campaigners.
Conservative MPs Patrick McLoughlin, Oliver Letwin and Michael Fallon are recognised.
Mr Cameron's ex-spin doctor, Craig Oliver, is to be rewarded, as is the adviser to the ex-PM's wife, Samantha.
Thirteen new Conservative peers have been created and there is one Labour nomination for Shami Chakrabarti, director of civil liberties group Liberty.
Opposition MPs have called for reform of the honours system after the list was leaked, amid claims of "cronyism".
Prime Minister Theresa May has said she will not intervene because it would "set a very bad precedent".
Requests for political honours are considered by special honours committees, which are independent of Downing Street.
The full list of Mr Cameron's resignation honours was published after mounting criticism that the former prime minister was to reward his political allies.
