    according to union of skateboarders and trollies they will never ever ever have brakes or steering and slam dunk is the end game as well as bruised ego and crushed nuts.

            and to change a lamp at work you need to be a qualified electrician, but it doesn't stop anyone changing one at home. Would you really want to jetski in Grimsby docks? more likely to go to the beach and jetski instead, can't think of many people who jetski in harbors. Just PWC (hopefully not Price Waterhouse, Cooper who'd like to charge you ?3million extra for the audit as well) wanting to drum up business. Funny how they don't name any of these "lots of harbors" that require you to take their course isn't it?
