A pair of hungry pub goers have been banned from their local after their complaints about portion sizes got too much for the fuming landlord.
Pals Chris Stanley, 51, and Jason Ponder, 35, love nothing more than going out for meals together and usually visit The Interceptor pub in West Bromwich, West Mids, up to three times a week.
They have been regulars ay the Hungry Horse boozer since it opened two years ago and fork out over ?25 between them every time.
However, Chris has had a bit of a moaning spree of late, complaining about undercooked burgers, burnt pies and measly portions of chips.
Now the pair have been banned from ordering food - including crisps and nuts - by the fed-up pub manager.
Big menu: The friends loved to eat at the pub three times a week (SWNS)
Chris, from West Bromwich, said: ?I?ve been served a burnt pie, undercooked burgers, coleslaw that would just inedible.
"One time I was mortified when I looked down at my plate and only saw about ten chips on there.?
Defending his complaints, he added: "I know when you pay ?9 for two meals, you shouldn?t really expect much, but I should at least get an edible meal for my money?
"I wrote a letter to the manager, praising the staff but saying that the chefs needed to do their bit and start pulling their socks up.
"The manager came over and said ?I?ve had enough of this, you?re always complaining, the pair of you?.
