No they won't do that because the price of bear sh*t houses wouldn't rise at an unbelievable rate, which would mean people wouldn't imagine that they had equity in sh*t that they could borrow against to buy more sh*t they don't need. Keep the housing stock low, keeps the prices high ad the riff-raff out of areas where you don't want them, while at the same time keeps the
voting for them, so they can feed 'em more sh*t.
