Excuse for a new tax on diesel car drivers, doesn't matter about buses and lorries obviously. THe fact that if you are daft enough to have your air vents on when travelling behind a bus you end up choking on the fumes has nothing to do with it. Must be car diesel drivers in cities since most diesel car drivers buy a diesel because of the distances they travel, e.g. not local journeys to the shops has nothing to do with it.

No, they should be pay more for attempting to be proclaim themselves 'green' when in reality the self righteous a$$holes who are incapable of passing a driving test, or understanding the highway code.

My trip to work is 106 miles each way, there is no bus service, there is no train service, if I cycle I could start out at 8am I'd get there just in time to cycle back home again. Public transport in this country is kin joke and no-one will ever give up their cars until it improves and money grabbing companies don't try squeeze blood out of commuters every time they want more profit.
