    Cutting down on cyclist accidents

A suspected serial bicycle thief has been arrested after an enormous haul of 164 bikes were discovered in his back garden.
The 48-year-old was detained after he was caught carrying one bike and another he was seen pushing down the street were both registered as stolen.

164 lives saved, what's the problem? They should give him a medal

Did they need any help "storing" them?

bet he just gets 1 week ban from DK.

Should phitograph and Tweet them all, then "free for all" anybody can claim them, he has to pay compensation
