Prosecutors said in Charlotte, North Carolina, a 21-year-old man, Larry Whitfield, is guilty for kidnapping and this automatically carries a life term in prison. The man scared a woman, Mary Parnell, 79, to death last year.
It was when Withfield was looking for somewhere to hide right after he failed a bank robbery attempt when breaking into the woman's home. Eventually he did not touch the grandmother but it was enough for her to see him in order to suffer from a sudden heart attack.
Initially the man was found not guilty for it but now prosecutors declared him so for the kidnapping.
