    there is a lot of fake honey pot traps that these anti piracy groups are doing
    they will upload a full movie or music.
    after they got a lot of people seeding it

    then they strike and sent out payment request

    these are the scum that are breaking the laws and getting away with it

                You ought to look at the powers of HMRC in that case.
