Britain?s Defense Ministry has disconnected its UFO hot line to save money, much to the annoyance of a lot of British citizens. Roy Lake, head of the London UFO study, believes this is leaving the UK in a potential unknown danger.
Lake then said ?We know that sometimes things can be explained as natural phenomena, but there could be that one thing that's not. I think the government knows damn well what's going on up there, and they're covering it up."
The UFO hotline first began in 1959 and costs Britain approximately ?44,000 ($73, 00) annually. A spokesperson explained that bringing the UFO unit to a close would not mean we would be under any threat and that the money could be used on British troops.
