If any of you have seen my profile you'll see I live north of the border, so I'm a tight-fisted f***er. If my council is going to ask me to pay to dispose of this crap than as far as I'm concerned those who send it are going to pay me!
The idea is not to piss them off (ruudvandan) but to make them either stop or pay.
