Capsiplex will soon be available in the UK
A ?MIRACLE? slimming pill that claims to burns calories while you sit at your desk goes on sale in Britain today.
Capsiplex?s makers say the capsule ? made from red hot peppers and capsicum ? is used by Hollywood stars Jennifer Lopez, Brad Pitt and Britney Spears.
They claim it can eat up as many calories as an hour-and-a-half of walking or a 25-minute jog.
Trials at the University of Oklahoma are said to have showed the pill burns 278 more calories than usual activities. It shaves off 12 times more calories an hour after exercise and three times more calories before.
The study, carried out between January and March this year, monitored 25 adults before, during and after exercise.
A spokesman for Capsiplex, which will go on sale online from today, said yesterday: ?It is very exciting for us to launch our clinically proven supplement in the UK.
