    Will Boris Johnson be the next Prime Minister?



    BORIS Johnson is the current favourite in the race to replace Prime Minister Theresa May as the next Tory leader and resident of Number 10.

    Boris Johnson admitted on May 16, 2019, he would "of course" stand in the Conservative leadership contest to replace Theresa May.

    His leadership ambitions suffered a blow when he was summoned to court over claims he lied in the EU referendum campaign - but the case has since been thrown out of the High Court.

    The arch-Eurosceptic ex-London mayor remains the bookies' favourite to win the leadership race.

    At his official Conservative leadership contest launch Bojo pitched his bold vision for a post-Brexit Britain and warned that the Tories will "kick the bucket" if they fail to get us out of the EU by October 31.

    Just ahead of nominations, Boris announced he would bring in a tax break for 3million Brits in an apparent bid to woo higher earners.

    He's closely followed by Jeremy Hunt (4/1), Andrea Leadsom (8/1), Sajid Javid (20/1), Michael Gove (20/1), Dominic Raab (25/1).
