It was reported on BBC News this morning that a passenger on a RyanAir flight purchased a scratchcard on board which won 10,000 euros. The passenger insisted he be paid out there and then and when the flight attendants told him they could not pay him out because they do not carry money he protested and proceeded TO EAT the ticket.
RyanAir have said that "Unclaimed winnings will be donated to charity"
If the man could do without the 10,000 euros why fly a budget airline?
